To ensure a successful service, we ask you to come to the spa 15 minutes before the reserved treatment. Any delay from your part will be subtracted from the agreed treatment time. The treatment’s cancellation or a change of schedule must be reported at least six hours before the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, we will charge 50% of the cost of the treatment.
TPV return policy clause:
In the case of advance booking/purchase, the user has the right to a refund of the full amount paid for their purchase via TPV, within thirty (30) calendar days from the payment of the corresponding amount, provided that the conditions of the cancellation policy are met.
The refund may be made solely and exclusively to the holder of the means of payment used (credit/debit card) through the same method of payment used in the purchase, i.e. by virtual POS. Once the period of thirty (30) days indicated has elapsed, no request for a refund of the amount due to cancellation will be accepted.
Requests for refunds will only be accepted if sent in writing to the following e-mail address: email@example.com, once all the documents that could be requested from said e-mail address have been provided.
